The staff at reception was very helpful. Thank you.

The front desk gave us a room with clogged toilet and the problem was known for over a month. The young lady also refused to remediate the problem other than moving us to another room after having us wait and waste 2 hours. Will not go back to the hotel.

Old rooms, needing renovation

Thao is among the finest housekeeping staff I have encountered. Her commitment to excellence reflects extremely well on Sheraton Towers Singapore, and I hope her outstanding service is recognised and commended.

most of the service was wonderful except the size of the gym was too small.

Not worthy of the price paid. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The front entrance and foyer of the hotel is grand and beautiful, but the room is a different story. There is a musky smell walking into the room everyday. The shower/tub has a slow running drain which is not pleasant. The toilet has strong water gushing out for flushing but still, for some reason, it doesnt clean the bowl well. All in all, just not what I would expect from a Sheraton line of hotels. Not likely a second time for a while.

This is a five stars hotel, but in reality it should be 3 stars hotel

Hotel staff walked in my room without knocking at 1 am. Woke me up and left when they noticed my stuff. No apologies nor any comment when i told it at the reception in the morning

Such a great stay. Would definitely revisit. Amazing food, friendly staff and spacious rooms.
