While the staff are rather nice and friendly, the hotel has a very humid and unpleasant smell after entering the lobby and frequently in the room. While the strong aroma smell tried to cover the smell in the lobby and the corridor, it was not that pleasant.

The breakfast buffet hot plate temp was low while the air conditioning was strong, the food was not hot at all. The quality of the breakfast was below average.

My main complaint is with the shower. The curtain was very short so the water sprayed everywhere. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

Clean room. Bed for double room was huge . Breakfast was kinda meh though, food was bland.

good location near train station, staff is amiavle, yet breakfat is simple

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were delicious

The room is extremely dated and washing machines are in bad shape. The breakfast and staff are great.

Hotel is in a busy commercial area near bus and train station which was convenient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Communication in English was adequate. Met our needs.

Clean room, bright room with the lighting, staff are very friendly and helpful.
