This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect.
The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room.
A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was charged with a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Wow factor! I regret not booking more than 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located to start your Bali trip in a calm and meaningful way before moving on to the busier areas of Bali. Mount Batur, Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Penglipuran Village, etc. are all within reach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Ubud.
The spa is a fantastic place to recharge, and I highly recommend the hair spa treatment! My recommendation is to join the morning yoga session or have breakfast at sunrise, because the view is absolutely magical.
The food in both restaurants is incredibly good. The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful that there should be a separate word to describe it. Truly top-class service, even by Bali standards.

My stay at Padma Resort Ubud was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the top five hotels I have experienced across the 40 countries I have visited and more than 150 hotels I have stayed in worldwide.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff provided an incredibly warm and personalised experience that immediately made us feel welcome. I only wish we had arrived earlier to fully appreciate everything the resort has to offer.

The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could need. The bathroom products were of excellent quality and beautifully scented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows were among the best I have experienced during my travels.

The pool area was absolutely breathtaking. From the dedicated children’s section to the swim-up bar, every detail was impressive. The infinity pool overlooking the surrounding jungle created a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The bar staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and happily prepared customised drinks that were not even listed on the menu, which added to the overall experience.

Breakfast was equally impressive, offering an extensive buffet selection with something for everyone. The panoramic views from the breakfast area elevated the experience even further.

Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to explore the resort’s on-site farm and zoo facilities. Looking back, I wish we had allocated more time to staying at the resort
