Its all good x̌xxxcfxxjfjxjxjcjxjfif

The upstairs guest was up bumping on the floor and playing music until nearly 2 oclock in the morning. I called the front office about it and no one answered. And to make matters worse, we woke up the next morning to take showers. Only to find there was mold all inside the shower. Ive stayed at other Best Westerns in the past. But this one was horrible.

First they forgot to mention that they didnt have warm water till you got there. The tub handle had to be reattached. There was old clothing hanging in bathroom, the jetted tub was useless without hot water, and was dirty. There was mold under the cushion of room chair. The trash can still had trash on it. Never will we visit that dump again.

Breakfast was good. Pretty good location. Staff was helpful. Gym was operational. Pool was clean. Quiet area.

Breakfast used to be good, but it changed a lot since we’ve been back here overall the stay was good.

My only complaint is the downgrade in quality and breakfast offerings about a year ago. Otherwise

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel, the rooms are very well kept, never had any issues actually with anything. And I would really like to say that I was checked in on both occasions by a gentleman by the name of Samuel. He is always so polite, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to converse with. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that my stay is a good one and that I have everything I need for my stay.

Hot breakfast was included which was a plus. Also breakfast bar was very organized and kept clean. Room itself was clean but had a strong odor that was masked by cleaning products.

Room was clean, but was only changed once during our stay and then they turned on the air conditioning to cold it was freezing on our return. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful

All above 🙂
