The location is perfect! However the room I was in the bed was hard as a rock. Asked if there was a bed pad for extra padding however the older gentleman on the night shift didnt want to help.

The hotel is well located and convenient. One problem was the parking - it was very expensive. This should be mentioned when booking the hotel.

The other problem was the cleanliness and smell of the public areas. The smell in the hallway and its dark decor made it very intimidating to pass through. The elevator was disgusting.

We will not book at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful stay in Porto. The hotel location was convenient to access everything in Porto and a quick walk to the bridge to head into Vila Nova de Gaia. We were able to store our bags at the hotel for a small fee since we arrived early in the morning which was great. Check in was easy, our room was clean and spacious, and the hotel staff were helpful.

They did not serve coffee in the morning unless you bought the entire breakfast, which was odd. We had to check out of our rooms at noon and they charged us to leave our baggage for two hours until we had to go to the airport. I reserved a suite room with two beds and arrived to find out they only had one with one bed. which was extremely inconvenient. The staff was not always friendly.
The hotel is in a wonderful location.

Perfect location by the riverside. In the middle of everything, and because of that it is very noisy out side. Good breakfast and good size rooms.

Ok

Check in was efficient. Great location and hotel! Bar staff very friendly and informative! Very clean and stylish. Public areas and rooms very nice!

Rooms very small our window view was of a concrete wall. Was told the bar would have a menu of sandwiches and snacks…… they offered only 3 options when we got there.
That being said…… the staff were alll very nice and helpful and accommodating
