Were very helpful with bike storage and packing bike for air transport.

Room was okay but weird roof compromised shower and air conditioning was feeble.

Very nice and big rooms! Worth the price we paid.

Delightful hotel in a great location for exploring the city. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Great entrance down a lovely cobbled lane decorated with coloured umbrellas. Top marks for me

This hotel is very well located, being a short walk to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse and the rail/underground/City Airport Train hub. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Both of the rooms that we have stayed in so far have had leaking showers or broken shower heads, but everything else has been good. We opted out of breakfast as we considered it too pricey.

Great clean room and nicest staff! Good location and felt safe and friendly. Our only complaint was that the room was so so hot, day and night no matter what we did about it but that may have just been our room

We had a lovely stay. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Staff very friendly.
Only negatives were no sockets by the bed and a rusty stain on the toilet.

This hotel is close to all modes of transportation. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was excellent. Microwave was missing but other amenities like refrigerator and kettle for heating water were there. It felt like hotel is short staffed at times , especially in the evening and could impact room service. Overall, I would strongly recommend the hotel for everyone.

nice hotel, good location

It was an old hotel with a very small room with old furniture (not worth 270 $ per night)
The breakfast was average one and the air conditioner was not working properly.

Absolutely no problems at all cleanliness , staff food were all excellent only slight problem was the beds were very hard
