Service is lower than other JWs. The resort fee includes $20 daily food and beverages credit but you will end up spending way more if you use it at bar or restaurant. Parking too expensive but there is a cheaper parking across the street and around hotel.

Big, Spacious Bathrrom, very clean! Barron and Front Desk area were very cozy , clean and inviting.

Great location and amazing beds

Great customer service and beds are comfortable. Great staff all around. We would definitely stay there again. Recommend it

Highly recommend!

Didnt use the bar.
Breakfast items extremely pricey. Waitress was excellent.

Great location

This hotel was top-notch. The staff was efficient and friendly. My wife and I were here as part of a family gathering.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently situated at the union square, just minutes away by walk to most of the touristy areas. Lots of cousine in the neighbourhood. Ubers, Waymo are all easily available. And musical playhouse is just across the street in 50m!!!!! Bathroom is spacious which is especially good for families with kids.

good location. expensive, staff poor asking for service constantly, breakfeast a joke
