Hotel staffs are kind and swift, good!! Located at good position for travelling(near Clark Quay and China town). Room size is relatively small comparing with price, but clean and all useful facilities are equipped. Only one problem is not supplied free drinking water. I dont know if almost Singapore hotels dont supply water??

Clean and tidy, close to the subway station, and the staff are well-trained.

Edwin at check in was professional and helpful and got me in early. Great location 5 minutes from the river and from Chinatown. Smallish room but clean and comfortable with the best shower pressure in Asia. Amenities-like the washer/dryer and lobby coffee were expensive so be aware. Otherwise solid oasis experience in central Singapore.

Small rooms and slightly awkward hotel layout. Excellent location and friendly helpful staff

Room was small for 2 single people w/ luggage. Breakfast VERY expensive. Great location, helpful staff.
For the price of the rooms the coffee at reception should be free IMO.

Good location in Clark Quaye area. Friendly staff who were helpful answering questions about local things and informed us about Singapore Airlines’ early check in available in Terminal 3. Rooms are small but very clean. Very comfortable beds. I would stay here again

Very nice and clean place, well located, near river and many good restaurants. Just note that the check-in counter is on third floor.

Good service and like the 24 hrs gym.

Small but functional rooms

Really great hotel, brilliant location right by Clarke Quay. All staff we encountered were really great, super friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Only very very minor thing was because the bathroom/ shower area is part of the open plan room, felt it needed a bath mat for when you got out of the shower so you didn’t wet the floor in the main room. Fantastic overall and would definitely stay here again!
