Great hotel if you want to be close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Palace, Grand Bazaar, etc. Difficult to drive to by car, but once you arrive, valet will take care of your vehicle for you . A/C was great. Walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend.

I have been stayed in this hotel several times.
The location is great with lots of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotel garden and the pool are very nice.

The staff are very caring and professional. The breakfast is very good and with many choices. They are very generous on services.

I strongly advise to book the taxi from /to the airport from hotel. Very good service and good prices.

Breakfast was good. Room was very large and clean.

Not worth it. The lack of staff communication and constant dropping of call when they hear an English caller on the phone was very irritating. I had to bed them not to hang off because I need something done on my room.

Always Memorable experience to stay with Sura Hagia Sophia

Always delayed response for important requests.

Room was fine. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Showed did not work. Not at all. Turning the faucet handles did nothing. Still no water. That was frustrating. But the staff did their best.

Fantastic location
