Decent location, just a "tired" hotel, but still no excuse for dirty lifts etc.

Small hotel in a good location. Spacious deluxe room. Mattress a bit squeaky when getting on and off, didnt affect sleep for us. The shower in the bathtub splashes water all over. It had a half glass screen and a blind which were of no help at all. Need to improve on this so guests will not slip when getting out of the tub.

Really good location and service.

Staff Bryan and Farzan were always very helpful.

Silverland Min was perfect for our family to stay in for 4 nights. It is walkable to all the key sites and has lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was a mix of simple Vietnamese and western. Would stay again.

friendly & kind staff
clean room but little compact

totally fine stay ‼︎

It was a shirt stay (few hours) just to change clothes and shower before our flights back to Seoul.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations.

I would stay her again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was great, variety of choices.
Room was clean, bed was a bit firm for my liking.
Closeby to restaurant, cafe and shopping centre.
Airport transport is via Grab/taxi service.

I like the Silverland chain as it’s local and their properties are funky, clean and functional. I’d hoped for the same at the Min and while it’s functional and the staff are lovely it’s really just basic and a little worn out. The location is perfect and the staff were really helpful and friendly (thanks Cary) but otherwise it’s not somewhere I would stay for more than a night.

very friendly and helpful hotel staff. room is clean. breakfast is reasonably. good location.

A nice hotel with a decent sized room. Although when we booked it it claimed to be two separate bedrooms - which it wasn’t. It has a pool but it’s very small.
