Really good location to see by walking.
Clean, kind

The hotel is good but the only problem is the parking because it is the other side of the street. The staff is nice and friendly.

We loved this hotel. Its a remarkably well renovated older property. It was so quiet, so clean and so comfortable. And beautiful. Location was proximal to lots of interesting places in Victoria. And yet, the street was not too crowded at all.

Great hotel and pretty good location. Easily walkable to most places besides places far away such as Butchart gardens.

Great location and hotel. Room has everything you need, clean, and great helpful staff. Has 2 restaurants with great servers. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot. Great staff. Room was awesome. Rented bikes from the hotel too. Fun spot.

Great location

Room was very small and cramped. Hotel is old but well updated. Smoke detector batteries died a day into our visit causing a loud beep every 2 minutes or so but they were quick to fix. No parking on site but helpful finding nearby parking. Area around hotel is filled with closed business and homeless people on the street. Not something they are in control of but to be aware. I always felt safe in the hotel as the entry doors are always locked or manned.

Only complaint was street noise. Green light chirped all night long. Need soundproofing like The Fairmont at YVR. Otherwise everything else excellent!!!!

The rooms were clean and neat. All the amenities described in hotel website were available. The staff were very friendly. We loved the hotel. The hotel is very close to all the sight seeings. Just 10-15 minutes and we reached the places.
