The place is lovely.
Not close to the water but a vibrant 10min walk and a heap cheaper but right in town with Bars & Resturants.
If you want a 5star on the water it’s probably not for you.
If you want lovely in the middle of everything with nice pools. BOOK IT.

The Haven is in a great location for Seminyak, walkable to the beach, shops, restaurant. You can be in the hustle and bustle, or exit the back entrance into a quieter street filled with spas of choice. Great stay, great, friendly staff - will stay again :)

Great service, professional staff amazing pool, convenient location. Best hotel in seminyak

If you want to party and don’t mind noise, go the cheap rooms. If you value peace and quiet go the villas or suites. Every time I have stayed here I have reviewed the non existent hot water- they have fixed it and it is now scalding, but it means you can use the bath. They have tightened up on everything, only one breakfast area, but all in all a great place to stay.

Very good staff

Friendliest staff ever! Extremely helpful and kind staff, courteous and professional, polite and helpful. Can’t say enough about the employees, they are the best I’ve seen in Southeast Asia Good location. But the nightclub across the street plays loud music until 2am

Had an enjoyable stay, my 1 bedroom suite was huge and clean, bed was very comfortable. The pool area was chilled and relaxing. Breakfast was great.

We had 2 connecting rooms and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were amazing the included breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Plenty of options for our kids who are picky eaters. The staff were super friendly and Hendra and Bagus were very helpful. No issues with noise like others have mentioned. We did hear frogs and birds.

Had a great time, a little outdated but central and convenient for what I was after.

Rooms were clearly outdated and bathrooms had a dusty mould smell. Lots of ants and mozzies in the rooms and aircon was extremely annoying and loud. Aswell as the restaurant down at the lobby playing loud music all night making it hard to sleep. Although the place was priced quite cheap and was fairly priced in my opinion .Pool needs more sunbeds!!!!
