Very welcoming, beautiful hotel

Great location, easy to walk everywhere, and clean room. But the room was a block away in an annex and when we requested an iron and ironing board, we had to go pick it up ourselves because they didn’t have enough staff to bring it to us.

Location in the old town by a canal, historic building, friendly staff, nice welcome even after reception closing hour

I doubt there is a better hotel in Delft. Location/Rooms/Staff

We stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights with our bernese mountaindog. The room was very spacious and nice, and had a small kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. Stairs were narrow and steep, but our 6 years old dog could manage them. Overall a very pleasant stay, really close to the center and the central station.

Fantastic location, the Jr suite was very big and light. Great stay

Good location

The location was fine but the hotel was a little lacking, no kleenx box?

Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldnt get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not.

We had a room in the annex building, about a 5 minutes walk, towards the city center, from the main hotel building.
The room was great, nice and clean, looked recently renovated and was in good shape. We did have to climb 2 stairs as there is no elevator in the annex building.
