very good breakfast and pool

Problem with A/C.

What ever the settings Cool, Vent, Heat and the required temperature, impossible to get more than 18 °C.

The only parameter adjustable was the fan.

Informed the reception but no change.

It’s wonderful service. Staff helpful

Good

Great experience, lovely staff, brilliant location right on the Nile.

Rooms a bit outdated but clean and amazing view. Staff at restaurant should be more attentive and caring

The staff is incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly.
The amenities are great and it’s the best hotel for a 360 view of Cairo and the closest to the Nile!

Amazing view on Nile.

Very nice room with Nile view. Aircon was a bit temperamental and at night it was rather hot especially as there was quite a heavy duvet on the bed. Breakfast was good and the coffee very good! We ate at Kebabgy on two evenings and the food was interesting and very well cooked. We enjoyed it very much. Parts of the pool area do need attention. Around the edge is broken in places and could be dangerous. However, the temperature of the pool was perfect.
