Left for another hotel 20 mins after checking in. Rooms on the ground floor are exceptionally noisy - traffic noise is insane. The room smelled like old ciggarettes and the floors were cold and everything echoed. I’d expect this if a room was $100 or less - not for $300! The photos online are not at all what is in real life. The pool is in the back of a parking lot, so you hear cars the entire time.

I never leave reviews but I had to here. This was our first time staying in a hotel with our rescue dog. We chose it because it was dog-friendly and close to our friend’s house. The parking lot is big, fenced in and very secure. It’s expensive to park ($40/night) but I read that beforehand and had prepared for it. The hotel was lovely and well maintained on the outside and inside. We were given a 1st floor room bc of our dog and I was worried about noise from upstairs rooms, but didn’t hear a single peep. The room was overlooking a cute courtyard, it was clean, and comfortable. Our nervous rescue dog settled in nicely. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would absolutely stay again with our dog.

Older building with modern day ammenities. I was pleasently surprised and enjoyed my stay there!

Does not match the photos, power outlets were falling out, damage on walls and surfaces, hair found in bed, overall a very bad experience

The check in staff and front desk staff were quite helpful. Thank you for the upgrade!

Thank you too for providing EV charging in the parking lot.

Please note: overnight parking is $40 added to the cost of the amount paid through Hotels.com. There are few other parking options available.

There is no in room coffee??? There is also no coffee in the lobby. The restaurant downstairs charges $10 for one cup of drip coffee to go? Almost no Vegan options in this restaurant.

And the request for a late checkout time is $100 even though I checked in the night before at 11:00 pm? They automatically charge your card if you arent out of there by 11:30 am?

A lot to pay for staying for only 12 hours.

The staff was incredibly helpful specially Michael, and the room was both nice and clean. The breakfast was quite healthy and delicious, and the parking was easily accessible and convenient. The overall cleanliness of the place was commendable, and the pool was an amazing feature.

I really like the hotel. I had issues with electrical outlets near the bed (they were too loose and the plugs constantly fell out). I also struggled with the AC. It is motion detected but it appears it only works when you are walking around in front of the thermostat. If you sit on the far side of the room to watch tv, or go to bed, the thermostat doesn’t record movement and thus doesn’t keep the temp at the temperature you set it to. This was frustrating in the middle of the night, waking up super hot, and having to get out of bed to move around so the AC would detect movement and come on for a period of time.

Staff other than house keeping were rude. The place was clean but very outdated. The tv said it offered other apps but when you’d click it went old school snowy. The tv itself was one of the first thick flat screens you’d hang. Amenities were not great. Hotels app said it was a 8 min walk to some sites we wanted to see. It was a 25 min walk.

I had low expectations, but I loved my stay! A great location, a cute courtyard, nice staff, and I felt safe.
