Staff like Rafael made the stay productive and more enjoyable! The two young ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. The dining staff were very good.

Only suggestions would be:
Fix the elevators, they seem outdated and left us taking significant steps up or down to use.
Open pool hours, 3-8pm only is too restrictive
Improve your breakfast. The undercooked and watery scrambled eggs and bacon and tiny Vienna sausages floating in water is very unappetizing.

Property needs update. One elevator was down. At night there was a private function and service carts kept being rolled in & out of the lobby and main entrance which was disruptive to guests in the lounge. We recommend the breakfast buffet. Bedding was comfortable. The quality of the bathroom amenity, products was poor. Towels were thin. Not what you expect from 4* property. Staff very pleasant.

Crisol is a pretty property with ample and free on-site parking and lovely grounds; good for weddings, etc. We were there as tourists for the historical areas. It was approximately 20 Euros for a taxi each way into the Mezquita area (we got off at the Torre de la Calahorra to cross the Roman Bridge ourselves and avoid the chaos). The staff is competent and friendly and the common areas are pleasant. The room itself was spacious. The tubs shower head was broken and wouldnt stay up but there was another stand-alone shower. The beds in our room were comfortable and adequate for our family of 4. Unfortunately, a previous occupants sweater was still hanging in the closet, which seemed odd as the room appeared otherwise clean. Unfortunately, the pool was not open, to my kids disappointment. Overall, we were happy with the hotel but be aware that it is not near the restaurants and historical area.

Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, clean and spacious room.

Friendly staff, very helpful, excellent breakfast. Elevator needs some serious work!, but all good! Location very good, gardens are really nice. Good parking.

Very nice hotel.
Clean and spacious room.

I didnt stay in this hotel. After 5 minutes of booking a room, I had canceled my reservation, but the hotel still dont wanna reund me. Also the hotel minuplares with the price so much, for instance; it was $143 for Friday night, they raised it to $320 for the next night...that is so ridiculous

.

Amaizing hotel, close to center, great buffet forbreakfast, clean

Close to the God because you’re so high, really far from everything….but extremely far
