Also, a short walk away is Robinsons mall.

My stay was overall comfortable; however, I would like to highlight that renovation was ongoing with no definite date, the noise from renovations starting at 9 am, including weekends.

It took them 3 days to sortcoutvthat our wifi wasent working by that time they had checked it 4 times even when they fixed it our telephone stopped working so we had to make all calls from toilet.

I was sad that there wasn’t a pool, & quite a lot of construction. Hotels.com could’ve said there was current renovations going on.

Under renovation. Limited lobby space. Very polite and helpful customer service though.

Nice staff very quick to meet our needs

I was truly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall condition of the property is extremely outdated and does not justify the high price being charged. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the swimming pool, only to find it completely out of service — with no alternatives like an indoor pool, sauna, or even a basic wellness facility.

To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction work throughout my stay, which was loud and extremely disruptive during the day. It made relaxing in the hotel nearly impossible.

What made the whole experience even worse is that my booking was for 6 nights and was non-refundable — otherwise, I would have left after the first night. Unfortunately, this stay was a major letdown and definitely not worth the value

Nice hotel. Very comfortable. They have been refurbishing the pool area for 12 months and by the looks it will be several years before it’s finished.
