Terrible property. Nothing like the pictures or description. Certainly not 4 stars. Run down, dark rooms, stained carpet, smelly environment, AC doesn’t work. If it’s hot weather, you will not be happy.

Great hotel and expedia gotnmenthe upgrade!.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Welcomi

During a heat wave in London, the property was unable to provide adequate air conditioning. We had to spend the night sleeping in the lobby which was sufficiently air conditioned. When we requested that the room charges be refunded they refused.

Despite the pretty lobby and great location, I truly hated my stay due to the combination of an old building with terrible infrastructure, gaslighting staff, and completely apathetic management. I booked a large deluxe room that had very old air con blowing hot, dusty air. I told the front desk the first night. They said they were unable to move me but that the air con was great. It just had to be turned off for 20 minutes periodically. This was false and I couldn’t sleep at all the first night from sneezing from the hot dusty air. I was moved the next day, initially to room a half the size that I booked to which staff lied saying it was the same room class. Finally they put me in an ugly room with two beds claiming it was an upgrade when I booked a single bed. There was no place to put my luggage. The manager refused to speak to me and said to email instead. I did so and never got a response during my entire stay. Extreme disrespect, gaslighting, and apathy. Avoid.
