Room was ok, it was right in front of the elevator and it was noisy, you can hear people in and out all the time , I requested a new room but no luck there.

Got the Elevated Room, which was expensive. It was advertised as being their better rooms. The view was a brick wall and it was a very small room. I asked if I could change my room, to that of a regular room since there was no value in the elevated room (4th floor, again with the view of a brick wall) and they were not able to accommodate my request, or at least comp me a portion of my stay. Hot water was not working- it was fixed. The shower head barely could even rinse soap off, but I was grateful for hot water after they fixed it. The mini fridge did not keep items cold at all. I’ve stayed here before with no issues- the Elevated Stay was absolutely horrible and not worth the money at all.

I booked for renovated room but I got the old room. Bathroom sink and shower drain is not working. House keeping only cleaned 1 bed instead of 2 beds.

Frustrating from the moment of check in.

Hotel beds are old, the room was unclean needed to be detailed. Location of the hotel is very Getto fabulous…. It’s unsafe to walk out at night. Advertised rate doesn’t include a resort fee. Only thing going for this hotel is the tower views. I wouldn’t return, tower was ok, one and done.

I will never stay here again. The reason is that they advertise a very low rate.Then they hit you with over $50 per night for resort fees. However, they close their Social Club at 5:00p.m., and I couldnt enjoy it. I purchased a Corona beer at the View Lounge. I was flabergasted when I was charged $11. They were supposed to have service on the floor.However, I had to go get my second drink.This was a water downed Bloody Mary, for which I was charged $16. The location is also very out fothe way, and nowhere near the rest of the strip.
