Great views of the beach, location, and staff. Checking in was way too long. One of the three rooms was not ready by 4pm on same floor so one of our families had to go up 10 floors above ours. People were smoking on balcony with no consequences, one of the rooms toilets was broken and it didnt get fixed until morning which meant that the people in the room had to go downstairs just to use the restroom. Rooms were clean, but this was not a real good experience at the Twin Fin Hotel.

Staff was so great. jasmine at the front desk as well as Jacaroy (I think that’s how you spell it) was so helpful kind and respectful. Housekeepers were so sweet! Accommodations were made for us. So thankful! Recommend for sure. Pool was small lol elevators were a hassle but all in all was good. Might stay again bumbai🙃

We stayed for a week. Our room was nice, a king size bed and a nice fold out sofa. The room had no microwave, we had to request
The small fridge was in a cabinet next to the fold out sofa. Made it a little difficult to access. The television glitches alot. Housekeeping was great when you could get a hold of them. The hotel is right across from the beach and also near a lot shopping. If you are renting a car you have to pay for valet parking. The valets were very nice. But the parking cost $60 a day. Overall a nice place. Would probably stay there again if we got a good deal. Also food is very expense. Look for some good deals or go to Costco or a grocery to get some less expensive food.

not as clean as I would have hoped for- the rooms and in general

Excellent location and service

We were disappointed with our stay. We booked an ocean-view room expecting a comfortable, enjoyable experience, but the room was very small and felt outdated. It had a noticeable old, musty smell that made it unpleasant. Traveling as a family of four, the room was extremely cramped and uncomfortable, with very little space for everyone. While the ocean view was nice, it didnt make up for the condition and size of the room. Overall, it did not meet our expectations, and we expected much better for the price we paid. Motel vibes.

Perfect place. Loved the ocean front view, the ocean was just across the street and loved that dining, shopping and tours were all in a close location. It made for a relaxing vacation.

We were there at the same time as "grad week." This is an event we had no knowledge of, but learned it is a week of unsupervised vacation for new high school graduates. The Twin Fin was one of the main grad week hotels. I wish I had been notified of this by the hotel, both via the hotels website and hotels.com. The kids were actually okay behavior wise (not too loud, etc.), the biggest problem seemed to be that the hotel was over taxed in every possible way. There were never clean towels at the pool. The wifi was incredibly slow. The AC worked so poorly that out bath towels were not dry 24 hours later.
