Great hotel with good location.

Lovely hotel great location.

Lovely to find I was upgraded to a suite! Very clean and spacious, and very helpful staff.

No isolated bathroom light switch. There was BOTTLE OPENER though!! Light switches couldnt be isolated at each bed. Electrician said it was hard wired that way. Meant all tge lights had to go if you needed the toilet duri g the night.Night manager said we would be moved early next morning but we were fobbed off until after normal checkin at 3pm we couldnt hang around because of our schedule and had to pack up and leave luggage with concierge. We were grilled when we explained the situation on our return late evening. No apologies. Second room shabbier than first and they hadnt filled up ordinary coffee sachets. Staff generally very pleasant but service poor in changing over the rooms.
Surely other people have complained about the lack of bathroom switch?

Overall a good deal and in a nice area
Good for family stays
Air con was a bit noisy
Staff super friendly and helpful :)

AC wasn’t working in the room and it got really hot, couldn’t sleep whole night and didn’t change the room until next day afternoon. Had to unpack and repack multiple suitcase after long travel. Bad experience

The hotel is quite nice although rooms are quiet dated and there were mice in the club restaurant

The stay was excellent. We stayed 12 nights and i will Côme back.

When we entered the room we found dirty ben sheets which what looked like poo on them and black marks. Went and told.the staff who went and changed the sheets.
They gave us 2 drinks vouchers but when we went to use them told by the bar staff you couldnt use them to get a pint of guiness.
