Since the facility is showing age related degeneration, it shows good up keep but not perfect. It’s still a good place to stay, relax and enjoy solitude. Staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast area is clean and organized. Spa rooms are clean, it’s highly recommended.

Its my second time staying there. Absolutely amazing. The breakfast was as awesome as I remembered it. I used their kayaks for 30 minutes free. Highly recommend it.

An Unforgettable, Idyllic Escape!

Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa is truly amazing from the moment you are picked up until your final departure. We stayed in a Sea Water Pool Room, which was absolutely idyllic—featuring a sparkling private pool, lush nature all around, and a full, breathtaking view of the ocean.

The dining experience was equally impressive. Lunch at the main restaurant was exquisite, while the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of choices alongside impeccable service. As frequent travelers who visit many resorts, we can confidently say that Santhiya left a lasting impression on us. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

We stayed at Santhiya for a week and stayed in a villa. Everything was perfect for us.
The staff was more than accommodating.
It’s a shame that some guests don’t dress appropriately for dinner (swimsuits).

It was absolutely amazing I loved my stay here will definitely come back! Watched some amazing sunsets and enjoyed the serenity in this beautiful place. Highly recommended

Excellent views, amenities and architecture. Breakfast needs a massive improvement in terms of taste and service. Everyday many dishes were empty and refilling took time. Cleanliness of the restaurants also needs to improve. Room housekeeping also needs improvement. Infrastructure needs fixing as in times of rains, the roof of both the sea side restaurants was leaking from many places causing a massive inconvenience to guests in the middle of their meals. The main pool was also quite dirty. A la carte food was surprisingly good however.

Incredible experience. The villa is panoramic ocean view. All decoration is made from crafted teak. Every where is romantic sense for couple.i love saitara restaurant which served a fresh breakfast with Thai instrument music. The fire work at beach also exciting show that impressed my trip. All checkin- check out ,transportation during stay was so well-prepare and professional team

From start to finish we loved everything about this resort!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are even better than expected and very clean. All of the restaurants had extensive menus and the food was fantastic at each. Honestly I cannot say enough about Santhiya, we will definitely be back again!

Everything was amazing! The rooms are incredibly cozy and welldesigned. The resort is big but transport works fine. We stayed in same building as infinity pool and one of the restaurants. Beyond amazing views from the rooms. Second to none service at all times.
