One of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. Not only was the property, beautiful and everything worked well, was well maintained, but every single staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there and happy to help. Everyone goes above and beyond to offer an amazing experience. And it is felt because even the guests are pleasant and friendly. Not to mention the food!! Great quality and delicious. The chef was kind enough to bring me an extra piece of steak, he felt that the what was brought out was not enough. I didnt have to ask for anything! We also had a staff member, chase me and my son through the parking lot so that he could give him not 1 popsicle, but 3! Which he shared with other kids at the kids pool. Which is another bonus. They have 2 pools! Adults only, and kid friendly. Theyre both beautiful and clean. Ive been here twice now, and both times Ive had an amazing experience. I cant wait to keep coming back.

We really loved our room and everything about the place. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because on our first night the air conditioning went out! My husband was already asleep, we couldn’t move to another room, even though it was in the 90’s.
At check out the gentleman apologized and told me he is going to give back the resort charge as a credit. I haven’t received anything!!

Great pool and vibes all around. Only complaint is the food/drinks. Really overpriced for the quality. You would expect a freshly made drink and a not premade cocktail for $26. With that being said, I’d stay again.

Stayed in room 501 just so we wouldn’t be by the main pool and the loud music. I’m not sure why this place is rated so high by families. I brought my grandson and his mom with me. The “family pool” was not so inviting with super cloudy water and the pool chairs looked like they were from 1952 abandoned at the hotel. Couldn’t sit on them and relax. There were no towels either or anyone to ask for towels. The room was clean enough but the AC unit was super loud and the foot traffic outside the room equally loud. Obviously it’s a party atmosphere and definitely not for families.

Good times at the Ace!!!!!

This hotel is sooo loud. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation maybe pick somewhere else. The doors slam shut extremely loud, so we were woken up all night with people coming into their rooms. Also one night there was a private event at the family pool right outside our room blasting music til 11pm that they hadn’t previously told us about. The pool was nice but next time I’d probably stay elsewhere and just get a day pool pass here. Also beware of the prices at the pool $25 for a cocktail and almost $30 for any food item

Things seem to have gone downhill with the PS Ace. The rooms have been jankier and jankier each time Ive stayed there. This time, the shower leaked, the water pressure was bad, there was a cockroach in my room, and housekeeping pounded on my door incessantly at 9am. After a long love affair with this place, Im finally done.

Parking was an extra charge, plus resort fee, and no housekeeping, we ordered food by the pool and our orders were not correct (caesar salad didnt have dressing, chickpea salad had no chickpeas, etc). The front desk staff was cold and unfriendly. It was honestly disappointing.

Pool server lacked, everything else was A+
