I loved our suite on 30th floor. Very spacious. Amazing view of the harbor. Very secure with a 6 digit passcode on the door to the room. Ubers brought us to and from the front curb. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern… the entrance to the hotel is on street level but I didn’t see a single sign that said “The Aston Hotel”. I thought that was very poor communication by the hotel. The normal entrance was down the escalator to the downstairs lobby. Even at the top of the escalator, no Aston sign. We had luggage and finally discovered the elevator which just said “Hotel” and you had to press the intercom to get the elevator to open. Once we got checked in, we understood the location entrance. I’m sure the reason for making it difficult was to dissuade all the homeless street people on the street level.

Nice having reserved parking. Very efficient staff.

Great service with check in, parking . We enjoyed the room and quiet space. We had a harbor view which was excellent! We stay at this property when we travel to Oahu!

It was an OK experience. I may not use them anymore though!

It is an ok hotel if you need to spend a night close to the airport.

I won’t stay at this hotel again. It’s so run down. The bedding smelled like a 90 year old man had just slept in it. The carpets are stained, the walls need to be painted….just everything. Tear it down and refurbish. It’s past time.

It was good but why did they keep my incidental fees? Negative

This property is the perfect property for the business traveler. It is in the heart of Honolulu walking distance to almost everything. The property isnt fancy, it uses 24 Fitness as their gym which is very nice. I stay here whenever I am flying in for my board meetings.

Lobby is downstairs with an escalotor as the nain way down. There are elevators but you have to use an intercom and sometimes they dont answer quickly. Difficult to check in when you have a lot of luggage. They are charging $25 amemties fee now.
