The stay was amazing, near everywhere. Near to my office! Heart of Sydney!

Very convenient location for a few nights in Sydney. Next door to QVB and the tram stop. Very comfortable rooms and worth the extra for lounge access although the lounge was very busy at times. The only negative was the lounge staff are extremely noisy setting up and taking down at breakfast/happy hour. None of them could open or close a door without slamming it or crashing plates onto counter tops. Apart from this, our stay was excellent.

Check in was not great, the front desk staff was not helpful at all - won’t name who it was but I didn’t find him helpful - no greetings/welcome, very unhelpful when I requested an early check in because my lower back was killing me - I understand if it is unavailable, but they could communicate this better.

Please don’t put staff who are not socially smart at front desk - manners and polite communication would go a long way.

Otherwise satisfied with my stay - handy location to places of interest, convenient to have access to the business lounge, house keeping was very thorough and thoughtful, thank you.

Room was disappointing. Looks too dated and bathroom tv does not work. A technician came and tried to fix it but could not. Not his fault he was really helpful. Its just old. Also the TV is now just free tv channels no other extra channels.

Weve been staying for year at this hotel several times over the years but i guess it does need refurbishing and the price does not seem to be value

Great location. Good service and fabulous breakfast. Great value for money. Valet parking a bit pricey!

Very grateful our room was available for an early check in after arriving home from Japan. Club room was excellent, great service and variety of food and drinks and breakfast. Great finish to our holiday. Will definitely stay again.

Hilton location is excellent. Check in at 3 is a bit late , especially if having only one night, its quite expensive for an 18 hour stay.

Perfect room condition.
Staffs were so kind and room settings were perfect every day. Complimentary coffee was available in a room and bathroom was also clean and comfortable to use. Victoria Building is just in front of hotel and tram stop was also in a good location.

All four stars are related to;
Executive Lounge, the space is dated / old fashion.
Room can hear lift movement, although we can sleep but not good for light sleeper.
L2 breakfast was good.
I wish Hilton can have bigger signage along Pitt & George, probably small due to authority requirement I not sure.
Overall it is still a good hotel.

Great location. Room is tidy. Breakfast at the glass restaurant is good, however the choices have been less than previous. The lounge is acceptable but not essential. It is quite small and crowded. Unless you into alcohol, otherwise food options, for example afternoon tea etc, are truly limited. Nonetheless, it is a nice and clean hotel at a prime location.
