We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan from June 1st to 7th, and it was truly a memorable experience. While the hotel boasts a long history, its classic layout and grand scale are simply unmatched by newer, modern properties. It has a unique charm and sophistication that feels very exclusive.

This trip, we stayed on the GRAND (Executive) floor, and the service was impeccable. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and beautiful smiles throughout our stay.

I would like to give a special mention to Lobby Cafe Manager Ms. Ana. Her passion for her work is evident in the way she welcomes guests every morning during breakfast. Her smile is infectious, and it’s clear she leads her team with great dedication—the service in the restaurant was outstanding.

Location-wise, you cannot beat it. Being directly connected to the BTS and major shopping malls via the skywalk makes getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient.

We left very satisfied with our trip and will definitely rebook this hotel for our next visit to Bangkok! Lam

The hotel is very nice in the ambience is very nice and the staff is very polite and very helpful. We had a free upgrade on our room, which was a nice touch.. The room was pretty big and it being a corner room. We had big windows in our room.. the bed is a little too far for me, but still comfortable enough to sleep. The shower has pretty good water pressure and the water is very hot so you have to be careful or it will scold you.. its in a great location. Its only a 10 minute walk to Central world mall and also theres a mall across the street called Big C were on the first floor. You can exchange money and they have the highest exchange rate that I have seen.. in front of the central world mall is like a miniature market, but when I tried the food, the meat skewer and the chicken skewer the meat was too tough to eat so the food is not good at all. Its very cheap quality, but you can buy souvenirs there like hats and T-shirts and things like that which are very cheap.. The fruit is very good especially the watermelon is very sweet there. If you go inside the mall, the food court is on the seventh floor and in the back of the food court you have to pre-pay a card but whatever you dont use that day you get the money back and the food is very, very good there. The pool outside is very nice not very big but its still very nice and plenty of lounge chairs to go around and the Jacuzzi is very nice and warm.. I would highly recommend this place .
