Very nice and clean hotel. Beds are uncomfortable

Ta Prohm was awesome. The staff quickly arranges for a car if you want to go somewhere, the breakfast was yummy and only $6, and our room was huge! My only complaint is that the hotel is so close to Pub Street that it can be noisy in the room, bring earplugs!

Overall the hotel did not come up to expectations. I booked what was advertised as a superior double room. It had little to no natural light. Only had hot water shower on the final morning. They would polish the floors outside my room as early as 6:30 am. Little sound proofing so could hear other guests at all hours.
Complimentary water looked to be tap water so did not use it.
Huge positives were the staff who were all incredibly respectful and eager to assist.

The hotel was amazing
Excellent customer service every employee went all the way to make me comfortable at all times
I highly recommend the facility
The location couldn’t be better in the middle of all the action

Place in Siem Reap. Nice hotel to discover the Angkor temples

I highly recommend and will return

Great location to everything and hotel was beautiful....Staff was nice and friendly

The hotel is beautiful, full of wood and old-style decor. I liked it. The location was great, right at the night market by the river.
It was quite noisy at night as we heard loud music from the local bars until 6am, which made sleeping difficult.
The staff always greeted us with courtesy every time we entered and departed the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing spectacular bur still ok. There was a variety of foods, but they could have been served a bit warmer.

Initial twin room was in need of a total refurb, should never have put us in there.
Management quickly moved us to a suite which was tastefully refurbed with rain shower and large bed, spare bed also arranged.
Breakfast was lovely in a massive dining hall.
All staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful.
Made our initial worries dissipate immediately.
