Front desk guy told me I was making his job hard for him because we wanted joining rooms as my mom is handicap. We did not end up getting joining rooms. The pool closed at 5pm in the middle of summer. They used to have plenty of loungers for guest to use, now they have 13 loungers for guest to use for free and the rest are Cabanas and day beds you have to pay for. The shaded space loungers were in now sits empty. We had multiple rooms and have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately this will be our last time we stay, eat, or gamble at this resort. They have a resort fee that makes no sense since all the amenities are minimal. I played $40 in nickels before I got my first drink....it was a Tuesday and dead. Dont waste your money find another resort. Rude staff, crappy pool hours, horrible cocktail service, a complete disappointment! Used to be a fun place to stay, those days are gone. The other people traveling with us who have also stayed there before completely agree and wontbe back. Had a better time at the Rio two weeks prior.
