One night but very clean and super breakfast. Immediately next to Paddington station and great travel connections.

The room was tired, the air conditioning was pretty ineffective (not what you want on one of the hottest nights of the year). Shower gel dispenser broken/not usable etc The pool was lovely, changing rooms and facilities clean and well maintained
Overall not great value for money

We had a lovely time staying at the Novotel, the room was clean, beds comfortable however we didn’t really have any area to put our luggage. Our daughter stayed on the sofa bed so very limited space to move. We used the pool and amenities were fantastic. The restaurant was delicious. The staff were polite and the lovely lady cleaning our room was especially helpful. Location was superb.

10 mins walk from Paddington station through a very safe, well lit and modernised area. Lots of shops and restaurant close by though we had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant. Lovely breakfast and efficient lifts!

Clean and tidy, but staff lacked any real enthusiasm.
Restaurant very overpriced for what was very mediocre food, dishes had to be sent back as luke warm, with no real apologies.
Bed comfy, and room clean and tidy

Hotel under renovation. Family room had poor amenities, leaking bathroom door, very limited space for 4 people

Fantastic stay, great area opposite the train station. Great bedroom with lots of space and well maintained. Novotel is my new go to hotel chain now

Very smart and clean hotel in a good quiet location near to Paddington station. Staff were very helpful too. Room was upgraded which was a bonus as I was with my two daughters on a London sightseeing and shopping trip. Easy to get around from here too.

The staff was extremely accommodating. The food at the restaurant was nicely thought out and creative, and the location was perfect. Will definitely be my choice for future visits to London.
