Not the best. Ok place for 1 day

Very spacious and clean hotel. I would highly recommend and would stay here again

A. It old facilities and house keeping is poor

The location of the hotel is excellent. We stayed in the triple room as a family and it was quite spacious. The only drawback is that the hotel looks very “tired” and the rooms need a serious renovation. The carpet looks very old as well. If management takes the big step to renovate the rooms and the hotel, I am sure it would be a serious competitor among other hotels in Seoul.

Hotel is in a state of decline and desperately needs refurbishing.

Check in staff was kind, but the property and rooms especially need serious renovation and better cleanliness. A member of my party was sick and we could not stay given the condition of the room. The hotel did offer a room change, but based on the state of what we had already seen we declined and went to another hotel. We could not get a refund.

Excellent location to stay in Seoul

Its a dump. The room was grimy and ill equipped. The furnishings are in disrepair. The staff were moody and unpleasant.

Good

No fork/knives. Locker on door doesnt work. No microwave.
