I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at this property. It’s in the middle of downtown near bars, malls, the harbour, restaurants and everything you want to see. The views from the apartment was amazing and the check in process and stuff are very welcoming. I’d chose it over and over again

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Friendly check in staff. Parking was easy. That alarm went you open the parking door is rather offensive. Highly recommend.

Very central, studio room was very clean and suitable for our 3 nights, Bed was exremely comfortable.

Great stay here! Great location, everything close by. Quick check in and lovely front reception staff. Room was clean. Would have liked another mirror somewhere as the light in bathroom was very dim and I couldnt see to do makeup and hair. Bed sheets kept coming off and duvet wasnt the right size for bed, got a bit cold. There was a whistling through our room even with doors and windows shut... was very odd! All in all, great place to stay with exceptional views!

Clean and tidy.

Clean apartment. Professional staff. Good views of the harbour. The layout in rooms could do with facing the harbour. Strange sofas and beds were turned away from the main attraction. But otherwise no complaints. Washer dryer came in handy. The front desk were helpful with luggage storage and also helped out w some other things I asked for. Location is good for harbour, eateries, ferry terminal, shopping and also tour pick-ups. If not listed on sites, pick the hotel across the road.

The place was very clean and easy to find. We felt very safe. Beautiful views out the windows. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Room ok staff excellent

We stayed 4 nights with my family and friends. great location, couple minutes walk to water front. we booked two suites, two bedroom each. big living room with full kitchen.

Booked for a nonrefundable room with two twin beds and arrived an hour later to be told that wasn’t really an option. I pulled up the Hotels.com website where this combination was still available for booking but was told they weren’t responsible for 3rd party websites.

Shower didn’t drain. Toilet did not flush well.

Hot and stuffy, but loud and bright with windows open

Beds were firm but comfortable- great views and location

Clean enough
