Very nice staff, especially the night staff. Helped me with my suitcases and was very kind. Thank you.

Advertised shuttle to airport, does not exist. No AC

The room was spacious and very clean. The rooftop bar was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the early evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although we heard mixed things about the area near termini station we found it to have some great restaurants, and the teatro del opera house is only a block away.

Good location, cool rooftop terrace, room cleaned everyday. However, air conditioning is centralised so we had no control over it. This meant the room was far too warm so had to constantly have the window and curtains open to cool the room down. This meant poor sleep due to loud outside noise or light.

Perfect

Location is good, a short walk to main station. Good restaurants nearby. Clean rooms but dated. Average breakfast. Staff is selectively friendly.

Clean room and location

Great location - 5 mins from Termini and 20 min walk to Colosseum.
Grand old hotel however the lifts need attention - we frequently has to walk the 5 flights

Great

Location was excellent for the train station.
