No tea/coffee making facilities and no mini fridge.

Comfortable bed and 4 english speaking TV Channels

Clean room, nice personnel. The only challenge is the AC not going below 20C, so it can be tough on hot days, but it is a very common practice in Europe unfortunately

Good location, good staff…

Not a business hotel. One ironing room on 9th floor.

Great location. They stored suitcase before check in which was handy. They also have a late check out. They have cold filtered water stations in every hallway which is really nice. It was quiet at night. Very little noise. Only issue was the strong chemical cleaning smell when entering the hotel. I get migraines with strong chemical smells so it was a bit off putting for me but I am sure 99% of people would not care. I would stay here again.

Convenient, clean, good location.

Centrally located and within easy walking distance to many places of interest. And the Metro and tram systems were within a block of the hotel making public transportation accessible. My room was clean and comfortable. I didnt eat at the hotel so I cant speak to the quality of the food but everything else was perfect.

We arrived past midnight and they were still very nice and accommodated us.

Very basic room, but as expected for a budget hotel. I could hear the person in the next room doing their business in the toilet. But it is what it is and served its purpose for 1 night stay
