Had very pleasant 2 nights in hotel. Nice room lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Very convenient for ferry to Helsinki

Breakfast was quite nice, many different options to eat for. Hotel lobby was classic and peaceful. This hotel location also were perfect. And even tho if you wanted to move further from hotel, just use Bolt, its actually very cheap.

All im saying... if your looking your stay as business or just with friends / for fun. I would recommend this place for you.

best regards,
Jami☺️

(Going to visit once again in this summer)

Too close to cruise terminals

All good, couldn’t ask for better location for ferry to Helsinki.
Easy walk to nearby shops and the old town.

Everything was good,from staff members,cleaning

Clean and functional rooms. Have stayed before and would do so again. Reception staff friendly. Good breakfast and extremely convenient location to ferries and Old Town and good connections to the airport.

Friendly staff. Bathroom smelled a little and it wasn’t too clean. Breakfast was excellent and very tasty.

Very friendly staff. Nice hotel next to the harbor. Recommended.

It is OK hotel for one night stay but the staff is very rude. Hotel is actively marketing different options to enhance your stay and I bought the late check-out.

However, first an angry cleaning lady came to shout on our door and then a pissed receptionist called and told us to get out. I told her that I have a confirmation for the late check-out but I anyways agreed to leave earlier. When checking out I even presented the confirmation but no apologies or anything.

inctedibly unhelpful staff
