Clean rooms and nice staff. Would stay again

The suite was large, with ample space for a family of four (with 2 teens). The Falls view was lovely: we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the room at night! The beds were very comfortable but the sofa bed really was not! (at least the one in our room) If you are planning to stay for longer than a couple of nights, I would avoid having to use the sofa bed as an additional bed. Overall a lovely hotel otherwise, within walking distance of many attractions.

There is so much to do in this area and it was all within walking distance for us.

Surprised to see so many security people around. Previously never noticed...makes one wonder about what problems exist.

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Room fab staff great would definately recommend this hotel to all my friends and family

We’ve stayed at this property before and loved it. This last trip there was a private event the whole time and part of the restaurant was closed for the event. It would’ve been nice to know this beforehand so we could plan other options. We kind of had to venture out and find different food. We were disappointed because we like the restaurant in the hotel.

Very nice friendly and helpful staff

Great place to stay if going to OLF Fallsview
