clean room staff

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, close enough to the train station but also close enough to the historic centre.
Having breakfast included was definitely nice to start our day and there was a good selection.

My only concern was there was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area and on multiple days I witnessed several people coughing, sneezing and blowing their noses and then going up to get food or use the coffee machine.

Very noisy at night

great value for money, breakfast buffet was solid, and well located close to centre of Strasbourg. Highly recommend

Location is perfect near the Christmas markets and the shopping

Was awesome

Located right next to the Petite France, nice, clean and quiet hotel.

Our hotel room was nice and clean. Staff was nice but breakfast is quite average and many times dishes were dirty. There are two hotels in the building and in our second day, some random person from the street entered many times from the second hotel side. Stole coffee, food including dishes and left. There is nothing to secure your stuff during the hotel breakfast.. Parking is quite expensive and the voucher hotel gave us for discount did not work.
