Great room, a bit loud from outside since it was FIFA World Cup but manageable. You living right on the street to all stores, restaurants and just a 2 min to central station and close to all attractions

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. They were practically soundproof, which made it easy to sleep, and the air-conditioning was nice and cold.

Great location. Easy luggage storage; friendly staff. Attached cafe with good breakfast meal deal. Staff offered full list of restaurant recommendations. Room was large, bed comfortable, water pressure good, shower large.

The room was very nice and the staff friendly. The breakfast, however, the worst Ive experienced. No buffet and no gluten-free options outside of couple of pieces of ham and some scrambled eggs. If you need a hefty breakfast, this is not your place.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Super helpful staff. Lloyds in the lobby is very convenient.

The staff was super helpful. always ready to help. I recommand.

Good location. The breakfast could have been better. The granola had been sitting in the yoghurt for to long before serving. NOT crunchy at all!

When we arrived late from our train, it was a little difficult to find the hotel. It was located in a coffee shop which we were unaware of. The room was clean. The beds were super comfortable lighting. Could’ve been A Better. It was a little dark in there. But overall, for the two nights that we were there it was lovely and staff was nice and helpful.

Air conditioning didn’t work and they had no resolution for us. Ended up checking out after one night and booking a new hotel. There is no lobby, it’s just a different restaurant so a strange vibe all around. Staff was not helpful and I’m still awaiting a refund and response from the manager. WiFi also did not work.
