Housekeeping kept room cleaned changed sheets/towels everyday.
Property was well maintained and staff was polite and helpful.

Good location. Easy parking. Nice room. Only complaint is that the front bedroom was not air conditioned

i like the hot tub

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was right on Banff Ave so within walking distance to absolutely everything. An all around excellent experience:)

Note that parking in the hotel surface parking is an additional $15/day per car not included in the daily rate advertised. Listed in the hotel.com details section.

Our check in went smoothly. The hotel’s location is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but being at the Charlton was excellent.

Unfortunately, the mattresses were too hard for us. Could
not get good sleep. Everything else was perfect

The customer service was really great, Adrian and Gomes very kind guys and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel , very clean and staff were great! No breakfast and for the cost it should include at least a cold breakfast
