The hotel smells strongly of mildew. We had to run a loud dehumidifier to try to manage the smell but even that didn’t work. During the day and all day there was loud construction. Also I emailed several weeks in advance to try to shorten my stay by one day and the hotel refused. I asked again when I arrived and they still refused. It is too bad because the location and view are great. I would choose a different hotel next time for better service and better quality.

The staff welcomed us well and efficiently. Our room had a great view of the harbour. The hotel is well place with access to two train lines and the ferry to Kowloon.
