Very strict on check in time which is 3pm so had to wait

Other than that hotel is in a good location and is good

Lovely courtyard, friendly staff. We had to leave early sp the packed a lovely to go breakfast

Excellent staff.

Beautiful property; excellent location; the beds were very comfortable, but I wish we were able to turn on the AC. we ended up opening the windows at night instead.

Had an extremely pleasant stay at Novotel before and after doing the Inca trail trek. When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. Truly exceptional especially after a tiring multi-day activity. Would also like to commend the quality of the food from room service. I really enjoyed the Lomo Saltado!

Great property, lovely staff, very attentive service, great buffet. Our rooms on the first floor were pretty loud from the walkway, well into the night and super early in the morning, especially if near the kitchen.

Loved the service the location and overall everything!

Beautiful hotel near the square. lots to see and do in this area. the staff was super nice, and the room was clean. walking distance to bars, restaurants and touristic places.

Great. Room was clean and we had a 2 story family room which is great!

Great hotel within walking distance to everything. Staff are great and rooms are comfortable!
