Some much needed aircon in this hot weather. Wonderful front desk staff, great location for shops and transport and a spacious clean room. Would stay again

Had a newly refurbished room which was lovely but missing a curtain (did ask but nothing came of it) and, obviously still doing work on other rooms which was heard on two days of our five day stay.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very good and very helpful! Lovely breakfast and all round good. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for central London, very good transport options

Book early for beat prices, great hotel

We stayed at this hotel three nights before beginning a tour. It is located near a Tube station and several reasonably priced pubs and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant where we ate with our travel group. The food was well prepared. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and eager to answer all of our questions.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good. We did not utilize the bar or any of the amenities.
Overall a great experience.

Great staff and lively cool room

Breakfast was exceptional, and clearly designed to meet UK, continental European and American tastes and expectations. It was a delightful surprise to find it included in the room rate and made for a great start to busy sightseeing days.

As usual, everything from check in to check out worked very well and smooth, it was a nice surprise to find room was very cool on this hellish heatwave. I stay here for work once in a while and it has always been a good experience
