The Black female staff member at the reception was extremely unfriendly. Whenever we asked for assistance, her answer was simply “No” without offering any alternatives or trying to help. It seemed like the hotel provided little to no customer service training.

It was very central and easy to walk the area . It’s a 3 minute walk from Moulin Rouge , bars , restaurants and other things . We stayed during the heat wave and although it had AC , it wasn’t strong enough to keep it cool . If you are going during a heat wave definitely take a fan . The front desk staff were great and the cold water they kept in the lobby was a life saver !

Enjoyed my time here. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy transport links. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful too

The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. They were kind and courteous. My family was nervous about staying so close to the Moulin Rouge as the neighborhood isn’t known to be the best; but this location was safe and secure.

Our only issue was the lack of AC on a warm night. Opening the window didn’t help much.

Would stay there again!

A very underwhelming stay. Difficult to find; I literally walked past the place about 5 times before I realised the bland electronic gate was the main entrance a not clear at all. The place is in a bit of a seedy part of town, but overall fine. The condition was poor, definitely not 4* (I have stayed in many better 3* places). The room I had was in terrible condition, poor finishing, walls were only partially painted and had a strong paint smell. Would not stay again or recommend.

The hotel is gated and off the road so made us feel safe and secure, the room was lovely, very spacious and clean!
My only feedback would be the staff really aren’t the friendliest, felt like we were bothering them when we were checking in/out.

Lovely hotel for a short stay

I thought was actually 4* and for me that hotel is not ! Is 3* ,they don’t have room service ,not even restaurant or a bar ! It was really depressing experience, and the worst hotel I have been in my entire life

We have enjoyed staying here several times and will continue to do so on our future trips to France.
