We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Thank you!

Paradisus Is a resort I am okay not visiting again. We had a lot of issues. First off, it’s extremely hot inside the hotel (lobby, dining areas in our rooms). The AC would not go below 68 degrees in our rooms. We would wake up sweating. Also, the kids zone was never open which was disappointing to our children. Also, the dining options weren’t that great. Food had no taste or flavor.

Amazing 5-day vacation at the resort (5/5). Loved Kao and Capella restaurants for dinner as well as the buffet and Vibra restaurant for breakfast. 2-bedroom suite was awesome with three bathrooms. Whole family satisfied. Pools and bars were great. Only issue is the amount of seaweed on the beach but still wouldn’t stop me from returning 😀

Service by ALL STAFF was amazing. They get 6 Stars out of 5 Stars. They went beyond to serve us to the best.

The worst thing was - NO AIR CONDITIONING ON ENCLOSED PROPERTY.
The 2nd Worst thing was Alcoholic Drinks were either diluted or very low grade.
The last 3rd thing was the Room Air Conditioning was OK but not very cooling.
Sorry, I have to be frank and honest.

The servers at Enzo were great !

Food was terrible not like how it wasn’t back then.. the rooms were all messed up leaking water and bathroom door wouldn’t close.

I love the great customer services, the hotel is very clean and keeps up to date with remodeling. I loved the different types of entertainment they offer every night. The bar tenders and waiters at the pool are very friendly and go above & beyond to help and serve your with a happy attitude. The kids zone was my son’s favorite place to be. The staff is really attentive and professional with lots of fun activities for kids!
