Perfect location, close to train ststion

I have been traveling for business and leisure last +20 yrs.
First time never ever here... the early Check In fee ~20€ were asked.
We did arrive somewhere after 2 pm. and I was told that our room is ready. (Official chec in 4 pm.)

Then about 3 pm. another receptionist checked us in when another person was not there.

The walls are too thin. I was kept up at night by the couple above me having loud intercourse. On top of that, I heard every single step they took, which obstructed my sleep.

Easy check in and great room - great sleep

ok

Very noisy bar from around 5pm until closing (00:00 or 01:00) asked to move from floor 7 as we were under the bar. Had to pay for an upgrade to floor 11, was still very noisy. Lifts very slow, often stopped on floors with no one waiting. Otherwise hotel was fine. Roof terrace was nice and location good.

Location is perfect. Close to all that a city can offer. Breakfast buffet is very good and so with the staff.
