They upgraded our room and it was absolutely fantastic.

Breakfast at the Watermark Fallsview on the 33rd floor was great. Pris fix 4 course at Corso Italian restaurant was fabulous. Don’t miss either of these experiences

Check-in took a longer than average time. Our room was not adequately cleaned. Taps leaked, the sink did not drain well, the whirlpool tub was not maintained, vents were caked in dust and hair, etc. We found garbage from the last people that stayed in the room. This room was not up to the Hilton standards that we thought we would be enjoying. The only benefit was the kids pool as our youngest could easily touch all the way through.

Excellent! 5/5 stars!!!!!

Staff were very friendly when talked to. They do a fantastic job in cleaning and taking care of your room. The concierge is great for help and direction. Going from the hotel to casino is great, getting to the pool easy as well as getting coffee and food to enjoy. Love this hotel and planning for another stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view of the falls from our room. Great location, walking distance to the falls. Connected via walking bridge to the adjacent casino hotel. Nice pool area. Some restaurants option at the property. Well maintained and clean hotel. Parking could be a challange. Indoor parking was full when we got there. However, there are plenty of offsite lots near by.

The views are the Hilton are so pretty. Staff was very helpful and the restaurants in the hotel are really good.

Excellent location and very well maintained. Room was a good size.

Customer service is next to none.

I like this property and will recommend it to anyone especially family traveling for vacation to Canada🇨🇦 to the Niagara Falls. The room was very clean. The parking wasnt included in our booking which was disappointing especially the amount I paid for booking. But over all, my stayed was great👍.
