The shower is terrible, no flow

This is an older hotel but it has been very nicely refurbished and modernized. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern, with good air conditioning. The hallways are not air conditioned. The restaurant and bar are modern and clean, and the food is good. Service was pretty slow at breakfast time - they need more servers.

Its a great location, just two blocks off the beach, and the prices are quite reasonable for Waikiki. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great and sister hotels with different amenities made the stay pleasant and easy to enjoy as we didn’t have to worry about carrying all our gear down to the beach. Great dining options and mall nearby for shopping or any daily needs

Everything here was exceptional, will definitely be staying here again

Great stay overall, the staff was incredible.
Be aware that this property seems to no longer be adults only, as it was when we booked it. Saw lots of children around.

Hotel staff was very friendly and overall it was a good place to stay. Great location and valet service was quick. Restaurant had good food as well.

The hotel was lovely. Enjoyed ourselves.

It was more run down and it took 4 hours and asking 3 times just to get towels

Busy hotel but the staff is very kind and friendly
and we even got into our room an hour in a half early. cute lobby and clean. room was nice and clean the air was just not blowing out that cold. could of been where it was placed in the room. loved the smell of their shampoo conditioner and body wash. Location is great it’s center right in the middle of everything.

Great location in Waikiki. Size of the room was ok. Great service and staff!
