Worth spending the money, great hotel.

Everything was great, the service, the attitude, the cleanliness. There was just a small problem with the coffee machine in the morning.

It was a terrible experience - the staff is very slow. They are quick to charge & then they lose the information . Between the front desk & the concierge, I almost missed my flight. The spa wasn’t very cordial either. The rooms details are so dark , it’s hard to find switches. The windows were dirty. I have seen 2/3 star hotels more efficient than this.

Rooftop bar the only place in the world i found cinnamon ice cream. Big room great spa even without paid treatments, great gym. Perfect location and good breakfast.
Staff is polite and professional but theres not much tourist info or value add in that regard.

Superb location - close to many of the main tourist sites

Spa is shomewhat a fake option. We were on Thursday and it was only possible to have massage for 2 next monday when we had left. The hotel is however great in perfect location.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. It was a pleasure to relax there after walking around all day. The location is ideal for tourism, being central and also next door to a mall.

Solid hotel in center of town, walking distance to most sites and restaurants. Only issue was cost of laundry, way overpriced.

We have stayed at the Plaza several times and have enjoyed it greatly every time. It is a beautiful hotel with excellent, attentive, friendly service. The rooms and hallways and the entire hotel is always clean and neat! This is luxury done right!
