Great hotel with great staff!

Massive room with a huge bathroom . Slightly dated but very clean.
Very good buffet in general but not enough vegetarian options . Buffet had very nice views on roof .
Service was fantastic by all the staff. Clean property . Free shuttle to mall and beach was convenient. No set time , if the shuttle was there they would take you straight away.

Great value property . Would stay again .

Oka that works at the rooftop was such a sweetheart! The hotel was amazing

Got e.coli and Sapovirus while staying there. This happened when I was only eating room service and breakfast buffet at the hotel. Also the house keeping didnt wash the coffee glasses, kept forgetting to leave us hand towels, and was overall below average. Also we had to run the shower for 20 minutes before the water got barely hot most of the time. Overall, not a great stay.

Hotel is old and very tired, has many maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
Staff were lovely and helpful, they did what they could to sort out any issues.

Fantastic! Very satisfied with the spacious and clean room and the service by staff. The jacuzzi in the room was so comfortable and romantic. I also loved the free shuttle to seminyak square and beach.

Had an amazing time here. Staff was available at any point of the day, very kind and helpful all the way along.

The place itself was very beautiful, a lot of amenities as well as kept clean all day long.

We went on a family trip to celebrate my birthday and stayed in de vins sky for the last week of our stay. The hotel is fine, and service is kind. But if i had known it was going to be like being in sonny beach because of yelling and screaming Australiens i would have picked an other place.

Rooms and Hotel have very poor air circulation so the smell of mold and the appearance of mold is everywhere
