This was our second time and spent 7 nights. The hotel is clean and well soundproof, except when an inconsiderate customer played a trumpet until I hit the wall. The hotel is well located to the train and bus station, and close to malls, restaurants, spas and shopping. The beds are comfortable, and showers have good pressure and temperatures. Highly recommended and will stay again when returning to Taipei.

Clean room.
Close to metro station and HSR station.

The hotel is very clean with nice rooms and bathrooms. Soundproofing is very good and had wonderful sleeps. In good area close to bus stops and station, and train station. Good area with lots of shopping areas and restaurants.

Room is clean and practical

Check-in quite rude. Unable to speak good English. Rm1215. Especially the one who was taking us to change room due to noise from aircond. Luckily, her supervisor came & could understand English.

The staff are very helpful. They helped us change a room to meet our needs. The room is clean. we didnt book the room with breakfast but there are many good restaurants around.

The room (Discovery one bed) is keep in an excellent conditon. The toilet is independent and the shower with bath tube by the side are very spacious. The room layout is very good that you feel a lot of space inside. The luggage storage space is good for placing one 30 in and one 20 in luggages. The hotel is near the train station where a lot of restaurants inside. Shopping mall and a lot of local restaurants are located nearby. I will book this hotel again when I come to Taipei.

Very clean, efficient,, reasonable price if booked in advance,,, good tube connections and shops nearby
