In terms of the property it was beautiful and had an in unit washer and dryer. My 3 star review is more towards the rewards lady that judged my friend and I when we walked in. After check in we were told to go to the rewards desk. The lady did not look up at us or say anything until I asked what exactly are we here for. She looked up and asked if my friend and I were only staying there with just us two and was in disbelief that two younger girls were staying there (were 28 but apparently look 16 by the way she was talking to us) She proceeded to have a annoyed tone like we were wasting her time being there and asked us if we have jobs… I looked confused and thought it was a joke then laughed and said well yeah of course I have a job how else am I staying here. Then asked if we made over seventy five thousand a year to when I realized this is their timeshare pitch to which I replied saying I wasn’t sure and she just told us yeahhhh I don’t think this would be good for you and said to have fun on the island.
Idk if I’m happy she stopped annoying us about the time share pitch or upset that she treated us like that scene from pretty woman or Selena.

Had a lovely stay! The property is beautiful and the condo kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The view from room 1105 was awesome - even though it was a partial view. The foldout mattress on the couch was so-so. Might work for small kids but my teenage was uncomfortable. I bought him an air mattress for the remainder of the week. The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was surprised however at how much noise we could hear from the guests above us. The bathroom had two pocket doors; one to the main living space and one to the bedroom. Every time the guests above us walked around or used the pocket doors we could hear them and at night it was quiet loud and woke up us. Other than the noise from the other condo above us, we really did enjoy our stay. I already miss that deep soaking tub!

With food prices at all time highs in Hawaii booking a condo room at the Hilton Grand Islander at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was a good call. We went to Costco (9:00am a must) and stocked up on meals for 5 nights out of the 8 we stayed. Fully stocked kitchen and Laundry machines in room. It really was the way to go. Not the best food options on the island. Coming from a culinary city our bar is set pretty high. Not to mention how crazy the prices are. Save your money or spend what you save on a LV or Gucci purse…seriously!
